How long is each blog post I'll receive? The packages we offer allow you to customize each and every blog. You tell us and we'll deliver.
When will I get my posts? We set up a publishing calendar for each of our clients so that you know exactly when your posts will be ready. You can adjust your calendar as needed so that you get your content right when you need it.
Do you offer custom packages? Yes! Every single one of our packages is custom because we know that there's no such thing as one-size-fits-all in business.
I just got in touch with you, how long until I hear back from you? We strive to get in touch within 24 to 48 hours. But, we are human. Life happens. Please know that we will get back to you as soon as we can. (We promise, we're worth the wait!)
How am I billed? You will be billed the day your subscription bills and then on the same day every month after. Payments are automated so you never have to worry about missing a month.
How do I request changes to blog posts once they are delivered? You'll pick up your posts via your content calendar. After you review, you can communicate directly with your writer and project manager to let them know if you need any revisions or changes. We'll get to them as quickly as we can!
Who owns the content? You do. Unlike the majority of writers and writing services, we give you 100% of the rights to our work. This means you can re-use, recycle, re-publish and change anything you need without worrying about stepping on our toes (or paying more money).
What if I need additional words this month? We can make one-time charges to your account in order to add more content as needed. Many of our clients use our team to help create magazine features and eBooks on an as-needed basis. Just let us know how we can help by using the "One-Time Purchases" tab when you login to our membership site! You can also email us or go to our Contact Page - whatever is easiest for you!
Do you have contracts? For the majority of our clients, we don't require contracts. You can cancel anytime - no strings attached.
What if I want to change my subscription package? It's easy! Reach out to our customer service team via our Contact Page or let your Project Manager know when you login to the membership site and we'll take care of it! The update will take effect the next month's billing cycle.
Can I get a free sample? While we don't write for free, we're happy to share samples of our work with you anytime. Just ask!
